Congratulations on your convocation from NAIT
When you order the grad gown for the 2025 convocation you will receive:
- One (1) royal blue souvenir Gown - Grad Gown Size Chart
- One (1) royal blue Cap with a Tassel and a custom "NAIT" Charm.
The Gown, Cap, Tassel, and Charms are yours to keep. You have the option to choose the size of the gown you will receive. Please click the above link to the sizing chart and general instructions on how to pick the right fit for you.
- One (1) rental hood: You will wear the hood over your gown for the ceremony to represent the program from which you are graduating. These hoods belong to NAIT and must be returned by July 19th, 2025.
NOTES TO REMEMBER:
- Upon picking up the Rented Hood, you will be asked to sign the Rental Agreement.
- If the hood is not returned by the rental return date, a financial hold will be placed on all NAIT services (ex. registration and requests for transcripts or diplomas) until the product is returned or the replacement cost is paid in full to NAIT Cash Office. The cost of replacement of these hoods is $125.00.
- We will have collection bins available at the ceremony for your convenience or you can return them to the shop AT NAIT Bookstore. Each hood has a unique barcode that will be assigned to you, so we can easily track returns.
GRAD KIT PICK UP SCHEDULE
Gowns and hoods packages will be available for pick up on Tuesday June 10th to Saturday June 14th inclusive at Shop at NAIT.
Sales are final unless you don't qualify to convocate. To receive a refund please contact Shop AT NAIT at shop@nait.ca.
