Returns

Refunds will be provided for most items that are in original and unopened condition and accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Students must present their student ID card; non-students must present valid government-issued ID.

The following items are final sale: rental, print and collect, special orders, ESL workbooks, CSA, red-tag items, confectionary, food items, bus passes, lottery and other tickets, gift and express cards, graduation gowns and personalized clothing. Shrink-wrapped or sealed items that have been opened, activated or opened access codes or textbooks that were purchased within one month of the official completion of the relevant NAIT course or program.

Personal protective equipment including lab coats, shop coats, coveralls and safety glasses/goggles are all final sale items.

Electronic & Accessories

Refund and returns on computers, electronics and accessories are 14 days in original and unopened packaging. Replacement, repair, or warranty assistance for defective items is at shop at NAIT's discretion and all items must be accompanied by the original receipt, packaging, and manuals.
Manufacturer warranty applies on defective items.

All refunds will be issued in the original purchase method, or in-store credit(one AT NAIT card).

Any refund may be refused or subject to restocking charges, at our discretion.
