Refunds will be provided for most items that are in original and unopened condition (this includes shrink wrapped/sealed items) and accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Students must present their student ID card; non-students must present valid government-issued ID. All course materials purchased within one month or the official completion of the relevant NAIT course or program are non-returnable.

The following items are final sale: E-texts and digital materials, Print and Collect, Special Orders, ESL Workbooks, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment including lab coats, shop coats, coveralls and safety glasses/goggles etc) & CSA, food items, all clearance items, Panglobal Books (Power Engineering), Graduation gowns, personalized clothing and computers.

Shrink-wrapped or sealed items that have been opened, activated or opened access codes are also non-returnable.

Refund and returns on computers, electronics and accessories are 14 days in original and unopened packaging. Defective items is at shop at NAIT's discretion and all items must be accompanied by the original receipt, packaging, and manuals. Any refund may be refused or subject to restocking charges, at our discretion.

All refunds will be issued in the original purchase method, or in-store credit(one AT NAIT card).
