Main Campus in-person experience

Customers should maintain social distancing, a line up has been created to guide you.

We are restricting the number of people inside our store to maintain physical distancing of 6 feet or 2 metres. We have removed fixtures and re-configured our store layout for better flow and added signs and decals to create a safe shopping experience.

Enhancing our daily safety procedures

All staff are washing hands diligently, using hand sanitizing liquid, as well as wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We have added hand sanitizer stations and encourage the use in the store for our customers. Plexi-glass shields are in place at our registers. We disinfect counters and pin pads between each transaction and will disinfect all other surfaces at regular intervals throughout the day. We will also sanitize shopping baskets between each use. Shop AT NAIT continues to only accept cashless methods of payment. This includes debit, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and one card.

Change room

We are providing access to our fitting rooms and will have an attendant available to assist with sizes. The fitting room will be sanitized between use, and clothing steamed by our attendant before being returned to the sales floor.

Online shopping

Our online shopping experience is available 24/7 with the choice of having 2-day priority shipping within Alberta, Curbside pickup (limited time only during back to school) or in store pick-up

Please maintain physical distance (6 feet/2 metres) as much as possible, while you’re shopping
Masks will be required in all indoor public spaces. NAIT eased masking requirements on July 1 and will reinstate the previous requirements. Please refer to our Wearing a Mask page for details
Staff, students and visitors will no longer be required to check in daily when coming to campus.
