• Students require a computer, laptop, or tablet that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements specified by their program. Students should reach out to their program for these specs.
• The expected cost for your required computer will depend on your program's exact specifications. Note that many programs at NAIT use software that is compatible only with Windows operating systems and not Apple/Mac. It is highly recommended that you get in touch with your program and confirm a Mac is usable with your program's necessary software before purchasing any Apple products.
• You may also require other peripherals, such as a webcam, microphone, standalone mouse, digital pen, portable monitor, etc.
• The device will be used in multiple courses throughout your entire program. If you have any questions about the device requirements, please contact your program.
